Peces del complejo lagunar Peregrinos, río Caquetá, municipio de Solano, Caquetá, Colombia

Abstract

Con el propósito de registrar la diversidad de peces del complejo lagunar Peregrinos ubicado en el municipio de Solano, Caquetá, se hizo una evaluación ecológica rápida entre el 30 de octubre y el 2 de noviembre del 2018 y el 30 de marzo y el 11 de abril del 2021. Los especímenes se recolectaron durante muestreos diurnos y nocturnos en 12 hábitats fluviales utilizando diferentes artes de pesca. Se capturaron 1.527 individuos distribuidos en siete órdenes, 35 familias y 153 especies. El orden Characiformes fue el de mayor riqueza, con el 47,7 %, y mayor número de familias. Los órdenes Cyprinodontiformes y Synbranchiformes solo registraron una especie en todo el muestreo. La familia Characidae registró el mayor número de especies, con 28 (18,3 %), siendo la más abundante Hyphessobrycon sp1, con 19,7 %. En 50 taxones solo se registró un individuo de, entre otras especies, Leporinus fasciatus, Chilodus punctatus, Heros severus, Plagioscion squamosissimus y Helogenes marmoratus. Se determinó que 17 de las especies son migratorias y el 54,9 % es de uso ornamental o de consumo. El hábitat con la mayor riqueza fue la laguna dos (70 especies). El estudio indicó que el complejo cuenta con 34,6 % de los peces reportados en el Sistema de Información de la Biodiversidad (SIB), además, se incluyeron nuevos registros en la colección ictiológica del Museo de Historia Natural de la Universidad de la Amazonia, Colombia (UAM)

In order to record the diversity of fish in the Peregrinos lagoon complex located in the municipality of Solano, Caquetá, a rapid ecological assessment was made between October 30 and November 2, 2018 and March 30 and April 11. 2021. The specimens were collected during day and night surveys in 12 river habitats using different fishing gear. 1,527 individuals distributed in seven orders, 35 families and 153 species were captured. The Characiformes order was the richest, with 47.7 %, and the largest number of families. The orders Cyprinodontiformes and Synbranchiformes only recorded one species in the entire sampling. The Characidae family registered the highest number of species, with 28 (18.3 %), being the most abundant Hyphessobryconsp1, with 19.7%. In 50 taxa only one individual of, among other species, Leporinus fasciatus, Chilodus punctatus, Heros severus, Plagioscion squamosissimus and Helogenes marmoratus was recorded . It was determined that 17 of the species are migratory and 54.9 % are for ornamental or consumption use. The habitat with the greatest richness was lagoon two (70 species). The study indicated that the complex has 34.6 % of the fish reported in the Biodiversity Information System (SIB), in addition, new records were included in the ichthyological collection of the Museum of Natural History of the University of Amazonia, Colombia (UAM)
